The International Institute for Complementary Therapists, Byron Bay is searching for a dedicated ‘Admin Legend’ to work Full- time in our bright and friendly office in the Arts Estate, Byron Bay.

  5. You’re proactive and a problem solver – admin for you is like numbers are for accountants, you’re obsessive in finding simple answers to complex systems.

We are a performance based company, not clock watches, you’ll be responsible for keeping track of your time and getting through your work in a dedicated and accurate manner.

What’s involved?

We are currently a team of 6.
Daily tasks include: Responding to telephone and email enquiries; processing new membership applications and processing membership renewals. One to one training will be provided by our friendly team who you will be working with.

Skill set requirements:

  • Experience in Mac OS.
  • Hubspot CRM and or Basic understanding of CRM use.
  • Experienced in Word, Excel, PDF creation, Sending email, attaching files, and internet proficiency
  • Ability to handle phone enquiries (in a supoer friendly nammer)
  • Data entry skills, use of Google Docs
  • Information construction
  • Merchant facility operations, including Stripe and Paypal.
  • Creating content for newsletters and customer notifications.

30+ hours per week. Full-time hours during the working week. We can discuss times and options with you at your interview.

Conditions for the Position and Pay Rate:

If you are selected for an interview and have moved to the next round, you will be given a 1 week paid trail. After this first week is completed (and provided you are suitable for the position), we will award a full-time position at an hourly rate of $22.95, which includes: super, leave and a contractual workplace agreement. Note: We require a minimum 2 month commitment as part of your work place agreement and 8 weeks notice, should you wish to give notice after your initial 2 month committment.

After 3 months of working at IICT, we will do a review of your performance. All being well, your pay will rise to $24.95 for the next 12 months, with further advancements and reviews undertaken throughout the year.
